Delicious pizza but very pricy

The pizza was good but they originally told us 45 minutes and took an hour and 20. Plus they didn't have our order correct. Granted we had a big order. When we got ours, I heard him say they were up to a 2 hour wait.

Expensive, and not very good. This is not at all like pizza in Italy, but even if it isn't I'm still open to flavorful crust and ingredients. This had neither. From the reviews, looks like many like it, so be my guest and make your decision.

Supposedly opens at 5pm. Called multiple times then stopped over. No one there at 530pm to take an order. Don’t waste your time here.

Absolutely delicious pizza! I got the vegetarian, I wish I could’ve taken a picture but it smelled too good.... I had to dig right in! The service was quick, they sent out a text when the pizza was ready. The two people working there were so friendly and sweet! I will definitely be coming here every time I visit Rosemary!!!

Fun place to grab a pizza, or salad or wings or sub, and enjoy close to the gulf. It's a small shack in a commons area so there is no inside sitting, but plenty of places can be found to sit and eat and just watch.Order at the window, give them you cell number and once ready they will send you a message- so you're free to check out the other shops.Not the best pizza ever, but not bad- and it's located in a beautiful place.

The pizza is nothing like authentic Italian pizza. Easily one of the worst pizzas we have ever had. No one in our party enjoyed this pizza. The three of each ate one piece, the rest was thrown out. The ingredients did not taste fresh, the mozzarella tasteless, the tomato sauce tasted like it was watered down. The crust had a decent taste.

I can’t speak for the pizza because we were told 1 hour for a single pepperoni pizza and placed the order. An hour and 5 minutes later I called and asked if it was ready and was told it would be another 45 minutes. No thanks.

Great pizza!

Not very good. Pretty sure it's frozen pizza reheated in a brick oven. Go elsewhere if you're a serious pizza lover.

We had Ticheli’s while we were on vacationlast month and it was so good. My kids preferred it to the other local pizza place close by. The owners were very friendly. It’s a walk up, take out pizza shop.

Pizza was incredible also you can leave and they will text you when your pizza is ready so you can do what you want. I recommend this small company with huge talent to anyone at all.

Ticheli’s has the best pizza in the world. HANDS DOWN. Moving on.. the owners are incredible! Sweet, genuine people who are a pleasure to be around. I would recommend that anyone planning a vacation strongly consider Rosemary Beach to take advantage of this wonderful pizzeria.

Pizza was god tier, service was even better. This young guy in a beard helped me pick out the best pizza I have ever eaten. Def recommend and they out pizzaed the hut.
